ABOUT ME: Well let's see...I trained horses, had a stable and all that good stuff for about twenty years. Finally decided I was old enough to grow up and get a job, so then I did a stint in corporate America for about ten more, trying to be a suit clone and learn obedience, wrote a couple of books, wandered away from the corporate thing in disgust and started my own wedding publication, then went back to school to learn web dev and now have a web dev firm here in the rainy northwest.
Nowadays I work from home, help when I can with a couple of animal rescues and foster kids, volunteer through the dog program for therapy at nursing homes, hang out with the grandkids when I can and harass the reunion committee with impunity.
I still rail against the machine, believe we can each contribute to make at least a small difference and march to a different drummer. I doubt that will ever change...but I do have growing up on my schedule for 'one of these days'.
